@ATLMember my brother has ip4 & got ipad2 (what was he thinking) lol me mate got ipad1 & ip4. i asked them whats the difference?...er..em nothing i spose they reply. So i ask you this. if you got ip4, where is the logic in getting ipad when they are the same?. i got a link that i'll post later where a member of apple even said, ipad isnt a tablet & that its a smartphone, no matter what steve jobs leads you to believe. @ATLMember haha not at first they didnt, they only gave them out free for limited time becoz the issue got to the press. So apple had no choice. they charge £25 for a rubber band haha more excuses. ipad2 isnt more powerful & android has the graphic ability plus it has to deal with all the many other features it has, ios dont coz there isnt any. so you tell me whats the diffetence between ipad2 & iphone4?. apple will always sell more becoz its naieve followers. htc thunderbolt out selling ip4.

@TheCrazyfruitbat Fandroid, Apple gave the bands out for free, iPad is substantially more powerful than Xoom for graphics processing, which is why I'd buy it, and iOS has way more optimized software and games than Android, iPad isn't just a big iPhone, it's substantially more powerful. You fandroids need to stop lecturing people and buy your own product (just keep in mind the iPad 2 sold three times as many units as Xoom in the first week alone). fail

@GH3Legendd but in doing so would make apple have less control over you. why they do it? simple, to get you dumb ios users to buy everything apple at that extra cost. they charge £25 for a rubber band for there fuck up & the ONLY reason they started doing for free for a bit was coz of the media attention. apple are greedy & getting every penny out of there dated tech. apple are very clever, its customers..not so much lol.

@GH3Legendd smart you say lol you think its smart getting ipad2 which is the same as ip4 & ipad1, less then a meg cam, a mobile os & you still believe its a tablet haha its a large smart phone. flash gives you FULL internet experience, whats point of ipad with same experience as iphone?. smart isnt the right word id choose for you. if every1 wants simple, why htc thunderbolt out selling ip4? why people hack ios to TRY do widgets etc. people want ios to be more like android.

Do people really use features such as an open OS, or flash? Remember, the common consumer of these products aren't "smart" when it comes to the extra features not listed in having an android device. This is why apple's iPad is winning, its simple, classy, and everything the COMMON Consumer wants.

I respect Noah's opinion, but I feel like most of the gripes about the Xoom are pretty much nitpicks.

I love how the only thing the iPad has going for it is subjective bullshit. Anything objective Xoom>ipad 2, android>iOS

@deathrain02 thats true, but it doesnt change the fact that ios has more apps... but idc about that lol i want a samsung galaxy tab 8.9 or a 10.1 cause of flash support.... i only wish the ipad had flash support.. is that too much to ask for o-o

motorola xoom beats the ipad 2 in hardware, and OS design. but the iPad 2 wins in App selections :P cause android might had tens of thousand of apps but about half of them is just skins for home replacments :p
