I can type really fast on e iPad with very very few mistakes like I am doing right now! On mistake in this sentence is "e"
iPad virtual keyboard is a big shit. A keyboard must be tactile, then it must have pieces, and not just a screen draw. iPad can be nice, but not so usefull as a notebook for example. It's just one more fad.

@hidepadsystem dude the ipad doesnt get any viruses u ass it doesnt download anything from the internet all of its apps r in the app store and the other apps ur getting r from cydia so there is not even 1 virus for the ipad ... its not a pc

@Y3y0ish3re you only have eight fingers and two thumbs and you're not suppose to use your thumbs when you type. they teach you that in typing class
I have an Itouch and I find it annoying to type. I'm used to it but I'll always prefer actual keys to tapping a screen
uhhh wel if you ask me i like the laptop neter im not saying that i don't like the i pad but I just like the laptop better because with the eyepad you have to use the finger tips and that is very hard

The first time i ever used the texting on iphone i immediately wrote it off as un-useable. Now, i find it the EASIEST way of texting on a mobile phone (made especially easy with the inclusion of landscape typing.) So who knows, with a month or two practice, maybe someone could actually type faster with a touch screen?
