While driving by the golf course down Mission Trail in San Antonio, I saw this fire and called SAFD on my mobil phone. I call this short video "Learn to Burn" because I like the title. Then I picked up Pe Pe and we went to work. But first, we had to go to Home Depot and purchase wood for the deck we were hired to build. For lunch, we ate tacos. I had bean and cheese and Pe Pe had the special, ( 2 tacos-three toppings). Wow, they were sure tasty. At 3:00 PM, we ran out of 3 1/2" deck screws and had to buy more. It was cold. We put our sweater hats on. After work, I drove Pe Pe to his home but first, we made sure that fire was out. It was and everybody was happy! Boy oh boy what a day. ©Flynn Mauthe 2007.
